I believe Mubarak is extremely angry with Qatar's leadership. There is a big tiff there between the two leaders now.

If you hear the Qatar’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, in TV interviews, you'll be surprised that he barely mentions Mubarak when he refers to Egypt. He usually uses this line "our brothers in Egypt", not bad, but why?
