Hamad hospital is great. The facilities and the health care team is well equipped.

But it's the communication that matters most.
The doctors in the out-patient clinics only read whats written in the referral letters. They don't even bother to lay the diaphragm of the stethoscope to auscultate the patient's lung fields.

Definitely no interaction involved.
There are two things they need to do:
1. Improve their language skills
2. Watch Patch Adams.^_^
