well, i don't know man. maybe because you're a european or something but my experienced was different. I had an ear infection that hurts like hell that I could lose my balance, so I went to the main Hamad hospital. The Filipina nurse (which is my kabayan) was so nice and immediately sent me to emergency because I explained it to her that my ear really hurts that time. And then when the doctor ask me what was wrong, and i told him I had an ear infection and its really painfull. "He said we do not have an ear specialist here. You have to go to a walk in clinic located near Doha Jadeed". I was like, what? this is The Main Hospital...no specialist here? So no choice have to go to the walk in clinic, have to resist the pain I had. When got to the clinic, the waiting line was forever.

sigh....
