Irrelevant of who has created the terror strikes earlier, the only question that comes to the forefront is " were they able to carry out the strikes successfully ? ". The answer to which is a big YES. The terrorist struck and caused damages in INDIA as well as PAKISTAN. Hence both coutries can be struck again. Why simply put the players at risk. Atleast the security forces of the respective countries can concentrate on protecting their people than use the resources on players.
