that's definitely the best place to get the latest stuff. prices aren't marked up or anything, that's just what dvds and blurays cost. i try to pass by there once a week to check out if anything is worth buying. If you're a little concerned about price then you can check out the place on the second floor of the family food center next to the airport. got some decent stuff you can rent for 10 riyals...i don't think they rent out blurays yet though but they sell them...not the latest of movies but still ok.
