shyamp - people aren't leaving out of choice. They're being sacked. And as you said - "when the economy of qatar crumbles, they will be the first to go" - i.e. while they can still earn money here they'll stay, regardless of shopping malls racist policies.

Also for your info - Qatar does not stop you from practising religion. Seems some of your facts are a bit amiss.
