Agreed, jackmohan BUT the issue still remains - how to practically effectively patrol? It's not possible with the numbers.
Frankly, for some of these people - their reactions are counter productive. They are depressed, angry, frustrated AND they take it out on others, complain without any facts, simply speaking from emotions - what do you think that will achieve? It is BECAUSE of their negative reactions that creates more problems - the govt setting more restrictive guidelines in place, they get even more upset, depressed, angry and frustrated and it goes on and on in a DOWNWARD spiral. No one can stop this except for the people themselves. The change must come from within. They let external circumstances affect them and they lash out at others.
What goes around comes around. If only people would realize it and change. It take 8 weeks (I think) to form a habit and once people are consistent in their good behaviour, things will change for the better. A house divided WILL fall. If everyone really behaves themselves, then the govt will notice that they are no longer a problem and a threat and they will loosen the strict guidelines.
Seriously, can't you all see that every action has a reaction? Take responsibility for your own actions. encourage everyone within your own circle of influence to do so. Things WILL change for the better. Not immediately but it WILL. It MUST start with the individual.
The economic situation is the main reason for the stricter guidelines.
