kwan - the newspapers ran with these stories several times over the last year or so, covering both the souqs and the malls. I don't think it went down too well so don't expect to see any more about it.

shyamp - It's not as simple as that. If everyone behaved themselves in the malls they wouldn't need to implement any form policy. But people do behave inappropriately, and it's unfortunate the government have decide on the policy they have. They could have done things in a much better way.
They're getting away with it though, because expatriates aren't exactly abandoning Qatar, are they?
