Worst service ever!
Lost my ATM card and get stuck for 3 weeks be4 I got a new one.
I applied for a credit card it got me 8 weeks to have it.
First month they forgot to advice my job about acnt number for salary transfer. I collected the check and deposit it personnaly (after waiting 2hrs at the counter)
Been out of the country and none of my IBQ cards worked hopefully I was with a friend who borrowed me cash.
You never have appropriate answer with CS, the final answer is always:you'd better go to a branch!
