I'm Italian, but honestly..........other than the shoes........there isn't much that I would buy from Chicco. They are over priced and not "up to date" when it comes to certain things. For example, since the "Back to Sleep" program was launched over 10 years ago (where baby needs to sleep on his back and not belly down) SIDS has dramatically decreased. Now, mothercare and most other baby cloths brands improved with the new changes by putting buttons on the front of garment and not on the back (buttons on the back can be very uncomfortable when baby sleeps on his back....)
Well Chicco still places buttons on the back. That is one example, but there are lots like that.
Your first baby is always a little overwhelming with many choices to make. When you have your second baby you notice that many choices you made the first time around were not the best ones. That was particularly true for me.
