What I don't understand is where they plan to host all the matches. A football world cup is hosted by an entire country, and matches are spread out around various towns/cities within that country. It is not feasible to hold all the matches in Doha for many reasons, and no other places in Qatar have the facilities to host matches. I'm surprised the bid was even accepted because of this point.
