If all their living expenses are paid for here, they pocket all their money which in alot of cases is much more than professionals make in their country. It is all relative. Do you know that the Karwa drivers make QR 1200 monthly? Some of the Indian nurses in Doha clinic only make QR 2400 a month? I am not saying this is fair but I guess it comes down to what is agreed between employer and employee.
