Not sure if its meant to deter smokers, but its certainly making a lot of money for the government. In the UK a pack of ciggies are QR 29-30 approximately (between 5-6 pounds). Unlucky Brit smokers. Also, if you notice, the packs here have really small health warning signs. Government needs to do more to curb smoking over here.
