long before this green taxis (karwa came out in public), there were these orange taxis, mostly driven by Pakistanis, we complained, of un-fair rate, bad smells & sometimes harassment. Then the government announced that Karwas will be out and will give 'relief' to riding public as they abolished the old orange ones. It has been what?4 years ago since then? Do you think the 'relief' did really come? Or more burden than ever?
