we dont pump our own gas in India as well, we have people do it for us. Grocery stores back home are mostly run by owners themselfs. here u will not see a Qatari running these small grocery stores will u? These shop people are hired to run their business and are expected to pay the rents to the actual owners every month so hey pardon them for doing whatever they have to do to make the money :)
