Had alreay two unpleasant experience in receiving documents. one from UK and one from India. First from UK took 5 days to be delivered even after the custom clearance at Doha. the next one was taken to a wrong address and declared it was rejected by the addressee. The easiest would have for the DHL to call the customers on mobile before delivery. Hope DHL service would catch up with the price they charge.
