Every Country has its own rules. Everything has positive and negative aspects too..Instead of blaming the negative aspects, why dont you enjoy the positive part of it..I just saw you comparing Qatar Life to a prison. Dude, you yourslef decided to be in prison and i guess its not someone who purposefully pushed you in here..About the NOC thingy..If you are fed up with your current job, you will need an NOC to go to another cell in the same prison(according to you).But why do you wanna do that...? What big difference can the other cell in the same prison make ....? Remember, you will never ever need an NOC to be a free bird and fly back to your home(Philippines). Have you ever seen any prison allowing prisoners to just walk away simply like that...? The most important thing is that you are earning your daily bread from the same PRISON and not from Philippines...I know, no country is gonna be like our home country. We will never ever get the same freedom that we get in our country, from some other countries...But please learn to see the positive part in everything, rather than criticizing....Anyways good luck too you.
