we just moved to our new 3 bedroom flat in a brand new bldg.2 days ago in Mansoura...it is only 7,000. 6,000 for 2 bedroom flat. It is unfurnished..only split AC is included...Sad thing is we have to take the stair for now..lift will be available after 6 days...we have to excercise everyday...they also have 3 bdrm. for 7,500 & 6500 for 2 bedrm. in another brand new bldg..
