SAMAEL - Yes, Qatar's lack of a "good samaritan" law means that you shouldn't help people in accidents as you can be hold responsible if you make them worse, but I thought the police would be immune from this and trained to respond accordingly.
I find this part of what the policeman said to somewhat strange and worrying;
leave allah to decide until the ambulance arrives
Why does allah only have jurisdiction over it until the ambulance arrives? The logic behind it is baffling. You either leave everything in gods hands and have no medical care at all, or you take things into your own hands and do whatever you can to help. Having something between the two is just ridiculous.
