dmigtysolomon, as far as I don't want to argue with you since my intention here is to put some positive vibes, let me clear my intention of creating this forum:

1. To encourage my countrymen not to lose hope even in the midst of depression.
2. To be an eyeopener to other employers that Filipinos are trustworthy in terms of working ability. In that case, I can help my countrymen in one way or another landing a nice job, or at least a job. Finding employers for them as you suggest however is not my direct responsibilty.
3. I am not asking you to read all other comments, but if you may, you will find how fellow filipinos and other nationalities (UK, US, Pakis, etc. - granting they're declaring their true nationalities) appreciate it. Well, except you and a malaysian who is much concern about the car loans of westerns than our foods (wants versus needs presented herein).
4. Again, being humble enough to admit that we are NOT EXCELLENT speakers is not a sin. NOT EXCELLENT in this case doesn't mean BAD. Yes, we are good speakers but not excellent. Excellent is something of highest quality or VERY GOOD - I hope you can figure it out. As I said, your case may be different as I can see that you are Project Manager and expected to be fluent enough.
5. You are saying I am Generalizing Filipinos benifited... Well, I'm NOT. That's why there's a separate space for TITLE and BODY to elaborate. Did I mention ALL flipinos? No. I said, I am one of many...

I hope you understand that we are of common goal, and that to help our countrymen especially at this time of financial crisis. This is the only way I know of helping them. I did my part, DO yours.
