I agree with you dmigtysolomon, Filipinos are basically good communicators. But let me remind you that my Boss said: "NOT Excellent Speakers". Now we need to know the distinction between EXCELLENT and GOOD. That's why in many Rating Methods: Excellent and Good are two different categories.
