You are right. Do not join. They recently asked their good staff to leave without any reason. They have their personal favourites. They hire you from UK or elsehwere. Once you managed there departments and they find somebody else chaeper than you, they will ask you to leave. Even they can ask you to cut down your salary even after when its confirmed. If you are late for few minutes, they cut it down. You are dependent on managment all the time. They are a bunch of greedy people.
