depends on where you get married.

If outside qatar than you will have to register your marriage with foreign ministry of your country, once that is done your husband will get your marriage certificate attested in embassy of your country in Qatar and than he can apply for your residence permit.

If you get married in Qatar than it will not require attestation as it will be registered in qatar and he can apply for your residence.
