can they work under an Expat Manager ? Can they sit late for any urgent work ?

can they come on a holiday for any urgent work ( which any expat will do, if it demands )

if it is a technical document, they need a secretary or subodinate , who will read the full document and explain him in "simple" english. becaue the BOSS does not have tim ( read patience ) to read it..
