that mentioned in one of the survey... that only in USA 5 millions ( i will double check the number but it was in millions) young girls at the age between 9- 16 loose their virginity every year ? isn't that scary?

I think to control the 'Child Sex' ... Govt. should seek the votes from the parliament to consider children having sex at certain ages to be consider as 'Crime'....
about adults having same (out of wedlock) i don't wanted to comment ;-)
