It might be depending on the company which is issuing visa (through the agencies it becomes harder and harder), depending on PRO of the Company (how fast and experienced he is), depending on your qualifications (the higher educational level - easier to get the visa).. and so on... but sometimes even with the equal conditions of two persons, one of them gets visa, another doesn't. Also,the companies are given a quota for certain nationality, gender, professions, etc. So if your Company exceeded its limit for filipinas, it becomes very difficult. It's up to you either to wait or not. It's like in the personal relationship: you love the guy, and he kinda likes you, but not in hurry to propose.. so.. it’s up to you either to wait for him for years.. or to move on and to get another fiancé.. :)
