- VB - this doesn't only happen in GCC countries. It happens elsewhere too, like Malaysia, with slight changes only. BUT the powers that be are aware and moving to change things. Like I said, it cannot be changed overnight. These things take time and awareness and education are key. Managing an entire country is so much more difficult than smaller units.
