As you can see in one of the pictures, police officer is in the background.

I was in his plain view while taking pictures as I parked my car on the curb (Put the hazard on) crossed the road and than took the pictures.

He was very well aware of what I was doing and made no attempt to stop me. I guess he wanted people to see the pictures and take caution.
