I am not expert and not much aware of the western world but whatever I have seen so far, drugs and women are easily available at every corner and nooks...

We are totally against this indecent and heinous crime, which happened, it is unfortunate event and all guilty should be punished rigourously and publicly stoned to death.
Oppression in any form on human by another human is not at all acceptable in any civilised society.
