Work Visa is NOT stamped into your passport. Only Residence Permit is. when you finish all steps of getting RP, it will be stamped into your passport.

And in general, i would say, the visa process duration depends on couple of factors:
1. your nationality. in some cases the government office needs more time for security check;
2. the PRO of your Company. Some of them are so lazy, you literally have to wake them up every morning if you want them to get your things done.
so my suggestion to everybody is not just to sit and wait, but to keep pushing their lazy a$$es..
yeah, and in some cases, visa will never be issued, for different reasons..
