Of course there is no problem :)
In Sha' means If (he/one) wants. Therefore nothing to do with the superiority of the Almighty Allah.
It is said when one is asked "will ____ happen" etc. as we never know the likeliness of anything happening unless Allah wants it to happen so we say "if Allah wants"
You just don't hear "In Sha' (persons name)" anywhere because very, very few people speak the fosha arabic (original arabic) in their daily lives.
