THat is why I mentioned about court order so we can be sure that the notice is really from the court and not just from your landlord. Otherwise, if it is from your landlord alone he cannot just evict you without proper notice and time. More so if you have a signed contract. Unless you have violated any of the terms of your contract with the ladlord he cannot just evict you. In such case you have the right to also complain to the police if you will not be given ample time to vacate and specially if you have paid for this month.
