25QR/hr is more than the standard rate, once you start paying much, you can't go back. I have had this experience before, and now they won't come for a small job.
Paying per job is way better than paying per hour since you still have the upper hand... I totally agree with "Justbecause", compounds' maintenance workers are getting all the advantages of being there, we have two in our compound and they are wealthy like kings :)
