n Islam God has give woman a very high position
God has kept the Heaven under the foot of a Mother... God has made 'Fatima(AS)' daughter of Prophet Mohammmad(PBUH) the Leader of ALL women in the Heaven,
Holy Prophet's (PBUH) wife Khadija(AS) was the richest business woman in her time...

There are several examples of women who has scarified for the sake of their religion and for their family.

In short one should not be threaten by women because what work she is doing is her right, she is fully entitled to work and earn for herself and her family. :-)
