R u working for Rasgas by any chance ?

What benefits do they offer to women under father / husband sponsorship.

I also want to know if they hire on permanent basis too as a RasGas employee rather than on Contract, as I have heard of a lot of people being on temporary basis(Contract). And keeping in mind the global scenario, is it okay to take risk and leave a permanent position and go for a temporary position. People have been there for two years + and have not been made permanent yet.
