In essense, insurers are losing money hand over fist because it is they (the insurers) who are left to pay the QR150,000 blood money every time some idiot kills someone on the roads in this country.
So basically you can murder someone with your car and you will lose your license for a few weeks, and the insurance company picks up the bill.
You can also stab your maid to death in cold blood, after first beating her and starving her, and you'll get a couple of years in jail. Meanwhile your husband, who knows full well what is going on, gets off scot free.
Is there any justince in this country for the helpless workers, or only for the lucky few?
