Hmm, not sure if I entirely agree with you avid. There are a lot of people here who have a social life without the bars, and if you want a drink there is always QDC.

Different things go in different countries, and I must say that if the bar scene is your thing perhaps Qatar is not the place to be. It is legal to smoke drugs in cafes in Amsterdam, if thats your thing then I guess Amsterdam is the place to be. Qatar is geared differently and I guess that we should make our choices based on our lifestyle.
