Corcaoich actually said two of the Garvey's are married to SE Asians and not as you disrespectfully stated "like to sleep with Thai women".
I agree that just because you are married to a different Nationality / Race, does not prevent you from being racist or discriminatory towards other Nationalities or Race. I have black and white friends back home, in the UK, who have no issue with colour between them, (some are in mixed race marriages / partnerships), but some are Racist towards Indians/ Pakistani's. ( For the record - I don’t agree with it but it illustrates my point).
If Garvey's has been closed for failure in some sponsorship laws, licence laws or other legal formality, that’s fair enough, they will have to pay the price as we all do if we fail the strict but confusing legal system out here.
However, for people to start throwing the " racism card " every time something is disliked / disagreeable is all too frequent and one of the foremost social and professional idiosyncrasy’s created by the over zealous Political Correctness society. Its just too easy to make the allegation, whip up a storm and walk away.
The Garvey's are not racist. My Multi Cultural, mixed Raced, “all the colours of the rainbow“, social circle of friends, who have attended the place several times are living proof that its not true. Some people have never been, but are happy to jump on the bandwagon. Its become a classic example of “ throw enough mud and it sticks”
Anyway that’s my last word on the subject, unless someone , (as is the norm on QL these days), decides to make a personal attack on the my personal, honest experience.
