what kind of company this guy work for? where is the safety engineer or even the HR? i'm sure come summer, this guy will be exposed again to the elements without the proper attire. some cruel companies even forced their workers to work outside at noon times during summer. Isnt there a law that bans work in the field from 11am-3 pm during summer times?
