"My point is: We should not pass judgements on people using verses of the Qur'an. We can only use Qur'anic verses in a Court of law regarding actions not related to faith. Faith is intangible like love. We don't know what goes in a sinner's heart and mind. Only Allah can. The prophet(saw) told us Allah will judge us by our intentions not by our actions.

So let us not fall into this sin: Judging people faith, specially a Muslim, because this is Allah's sole responsibility and prerogative. Doing same MAY lead to competing with Allah in His Exclusive right to do so. I wonder what some of us would do IF Allah ask him the question: "Who are you to judge? Did I ever give you the permission to judge people's faith in Me. All I said was judge the crimes in society according to my Laws""

EMC: right in the spot. Thanks.
