I agree with everything. I have never KNOWN such awful service from a bank. It beggars belief.. Including but not limited to

- internet banking doesn't work properly and making fund transfers abroad is a matter of crossing fingers and trying four times
- useless phone/cust service who don't have authority to do very much
- incredibly high charges on credit cards
- my card number was recently stolen and I reported it to a moron on the phone. He didn't seem to know what to do. I later find they charged me for cancelling the card.

God how I wish I could change banks. Is it hard I wonder, if you have a car loan with them?
