Allan Kardec wrote it. The book was written about 200 y ago, not over than 1000 years as the revelation books and it isn't considered revelation. Guess this replies to these questions.

The God os Deism is perfect, omnipotent, omnipresent and isn't a dictator but a perfect father that loves all creation the same way, he isn't jealous, and he lives on our hearts (just a metaphore), sorry if i don't make a very long exposition but i'm fealling lazy today :)
