dmigtysolomon, why you are always looking for someone to expel so called muslim who does not practise or follow islam well. The answer for your question on expulsion has been given to you before also. Islam is not a party or society to take someone and expel some one. It is really the indivdual's choice to be muslim or not to be. If the one is not practising islamic teachings, then he is no more a muslim.
By the way, Christianity does expulsion of people???
