Two problems:

1. If a person has taken leave only till Thursday why Friday & Saturday are included as they are official weekdays.

2. I used to work in a place where weekdays were never counted in leaves, but here it surprises me :)

I want to know other company policies also if you ppl can mention what does your company do in such cases do they count or they dont
