Thexonic...you said it all..and I would like to add..Most of the time that country was under dictatorship..Sacking of the entire judiciary system and appointing the dictator's puppets as judges... then another stupid came to power promising the reappointment of sacked judges. Once came to power he forgets everything he promised. and the public are the MUTE spectators of all these jokes..
