Please enlighten me, anyone: Is "getting his own house in order" mean the continuing practice of sending convicted child molesting priests to France or other countries to live out their dying days?

Doesn't the Pope have his platter full getting his priests/parishes "in order?"

Isn't child molestation a "destruction of God's work"?
