Women won't be required anymore? Hey, sure.. I'm all for equality.

In fact, IMHO, it's better not to need anyone so much that you'll be lost without them. I'm also all for not giving any one human being too much power over another - men and women.

Yes, I know some women abuse that power as well. Those are few and far between - more are compassionate, caring and nurturing, even while in positions of authority and power ... but there are exceptions.
