First, if you are under 18 y.o you do not need an exit permit from your dad. If you are above 18, do following:
Your father goes to www.moi.gov.qa, fills out the Exit Permit application, prints it out, signs it.
You bring this application along with your Father's ORIGINAL ID to Qatar, and apply here for the exit permit in the Airport immigration department.
That’s it. Your Fathr's company has nothing to do with your Exit Permit, since you are under your Father's sponsorship.
