Hmm..again. "..breakdown of a submarine cable network in the ... Sea..." in this event, Qtel has been rather efficient then. so, all the complaints I heard about Qtel is (more or less) in the past. Great!

Today's connection is fine but as Tallg said, when the govt offices and all other businesses get back online, the traffic might cause a jam. We'll see..
