Sorry not to be able sign this post with "Minister of the Interior" in order to give you the definitive response to your question but it is my understanding that all persons undergoing the medical exam will have their blood drawn and tested (since one's job category is not part of the testing process.) It would be my further opinion that if the HepB test were positive then the RP applicant's job would be reviewed as to risk of contagion. Those not in high risk sectors (such as food service, health care, etc) would be permitted an RP regardless and/or in spite of their status. As to assurance without worries and doubts, I'm not sure that any of us were 100% confident of getting that RP until it was in our hands.
